What You'll Do:
As a Capability Development Intern, you’ll support the Group HR team with:

Coordinating capability-building projects
Analyzing data and supporting L&D reporting
Helping create decision-making and communication materials
Supporting admin and translation tasks
Bringing your ideas to life with ownership and curiosity

Who We're Looking For:

University student with active enrolment in Hungary
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Skilled in Excel & PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Confident communicator and team player
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
