Participates in the preparation of the functional specification. Models the "current" and "future" business processes, expected system interactions.
Participates in defining and scheduling focus points, coordinates, directs and supervises testing activities focused on UAT
Manages, reviews and approves training materials and ensures appropriate quality.
Manages the delivery of business and IT operational support and participates in the modification of the relevant service catalog item.
Coordinates IT development processes, projects and change requests.
Builds up-to-date knowledge of IT solutions in his field, industry benchmarks and trends, proactively collects and communicates best practices with development teams and peers.
Supports the leaders in his field with specific, functional and technical tasks.
Define business processes in collaboration with business partners and system analysts
Prepares training materials and organizes training sessions.
Participates in the evaluation of suppliers involved in the development or implementation of applications, occasionally leading the working groups performing these activities.
Delivers project documentation to business requirements
Organizes and leads workshops with business and IT stakeholders to support project preparation.

Requirements:

University/College degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
3+ years relevant professional experience (IT business analyst, consultant, process owner)
Multinational professional experience is an advantage
Experience with retail IT systems and processes is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in Hungarian an English
Structural thinking and analytic approach, Customer focus and proactive personality, Self-dependence, results orientation, effective time and task management, Team player
