As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our staffing objectives by partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers. You will ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment and selection processes on a group level.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and ensure accurate job descriptions and qualifications.
Manage job advertisements, screen and assess candidates, and conduct interviews using diverse selection methods.
Utilize online testing tools, analyze test results, and verify candidate qualifications.
Drive recruitment process improvements, specifically in Talent Acquisition Systems (TAS) and LinkedIn.
Support the implementation of a group-level reporting system, monitor KPIs, and focus on recruitment ROI.
Contribute to recruitment tenders and execute group-level projects (psychometric testing, headhunting, executive search).
Provide market insights that help Hiring Managers make informed decisions, increasing the efficiency and quality of the selection process.

Requirements:

University or College degree (preferably in Economics or HR).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, including HR projects.
Fluent in English and Hungarian.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS (preferably Taleo)
Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of diverse selection tools.
Knowledge of AI and new technologies/recruitment tools is an advantage.
