Product Owner

Product Owner
Purpose of the position:
Conduct digital developments and support market implementation. Contribute to fuel card digital strategy and roadmap.
Main responsibilities:
  • Own the Digital marketing and sales product roadmaps contributing to Group Fuel Card business in achieving strategic market share targets. Prioritize opportunities based on business impact, development complexity and resource need,
  • Manage digital improvement projects in line with product roadmap, define required functionality, provide product ownership throughout the implementation and afterwards along the entire product lifecycle. Manage product launch preparation, ensure business readiness, follow up and support post go live period. Intervene in local sales execution in cooperation with group and local card sales functions, adjust product specification if needed to ensure expected margin improvement is delivered.
  • Build/ utilize marketing automation tools for customer insight, digital offer management, feedback collection – improve customer experience via enhancing digital customer journey.
  • In cooperation with local and group card sales teams, Retail, Digital Factory and Mobility teams systematically and regularly identify, define and evaluate digital capability development opportunities along the end-to-end customer journey,
  • Market Understanding – recognize digital customer service trends, emerging digital technologies and apply opportunities in fleet card industry. Competitor Intelligence – Monitor, collect and share information about competitors’ digital investments and digitalization aspects of corporate strategy.
  • Product Intelligence - Monitor, collect, compare and share information about competing digital products’ pricing, product instructions, promotions, specifications.
Education, skills, experience:
  • University degree.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience.
  • Some kind of experience in B2B customer service/digitalization/advanced data analytics/agile metodologies/service design.
  • Fluency in English.
