WHAT YOU WILL NEED

1-2 years relevant experience
High School studies
Intermediate level of English (B1)
Confident knowledge of Excel
Attention to details and accuracy
Planning and organising
Managing complex processes and systems

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

Oversee the set-up of locally initiated coupons to ensure offers are customer focused and in line with coupon principles and guidelines
Manage delivery of locally initiated coupons through Coupon Centre of Excellence team, prioritizing workload and providing support and an escalation route
Ensure constantly efficient cooperation & communication flow within the coupon team in CE & Coupon Center of Excellence team
Working with local stakeholders across customer & product teams on how coupons can support business objectives
Ensuring that all finance and audit processes are followed
Deliver coupon and offer service to the business in the most cost effective way, on time and without any malfunctions
Manage the coupon testing processes in stores
Preparation of financial reports for coupons, vouchers and points financing reports (periodical and ad-hoc reports)
Engage in & support ad hoc projects as per line manager's request
