MOL GBS Hungary’s (Group Business Solutions) HR Support organization is seeking for a new staff member for the following position:
HR GENERALIST
Location: Tiszaújváros
Scope of the position:
Providing operational HR advisory and working closely with HR Business Partners as part of a slightly new HR role. Being their right hand in providing MOL Hungary’s business functions complex HR solutions from supporting annual people cycle to dealing with organizational & process changes.

Requirements:
- College or University degree (preferably in Human Resources or Economics)
- 1-2 years relevant experience in HR administration or HR assistance or HR Generalist roles
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Knowledge of Labor Law (at least on a basic level)
- Understanding of corporate employee lifecycle
- Excellent prioritization & communication skills
- Stable knowledge in MS Office applications (especially basic Excel analytical skills)
- SAP and/or SuccessFactors knowledge is a strong advantage
- Driving practice, openness to travel to sites

Supporting the following HR processes:
- Onboarding and offboarding processes – entry & exit process follow-up
- Organizational changes – data collection from partner organisations, supporting organisation changes process, reporting, data checking in SAP and SuccessFactors
- Annual People Cycle – supporting People Review Meetings (preparing materials, Excel tables), supporting bonus budgeting (preparing basic data, follow-up), preparation in the systems, reporting
- Salary increase administration – preparation of Excel tables and system, data collection, follow-up
- Collecting and preparing relevant reports and making basic analysis
- Award administration – budget and system administration
- Exit interview management
- Employment-related changes approval process and follow-up
