The Group Ventures organisation is responsible for new business directions not directly linked to MOL’s core business in line with MOL 2030 Strategy. It’s main responsibility is to provide business support and exercise ownership control over subsidiaries within its business portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

Oversee and exercise ownership control over businesses within Group Ventures.
Keep track of and evaluate the financial and business performance of businesses within Group Ventures.
Contribute to the strategy development and identify growth opportunities for Group Ventures area.
Cooperate with M&A unit on the definition of to-be-acquired businesses and take part in the company´s evaluation and the offer´s workout.
Be the main point of contact for businesses within Group Ventures.
Coordinate project teams and manage internal stakeholders.
Negotiate with external stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate the preparation of financial analysis, decision-making materials for top management.

Education, skills, experience:

Business or Economics background.
Min. 6-8 years experience in project management, M&A, consulting or private equity role.
Fluent Business English.
Solid understanding of business principles, including financial analysis, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
