Responsibilities:

Provides operational support for downstream domain-specific applications, handling and re-solving related incidents, problems and fulfilling service requests.
Contributes to the delivery of Downstream specific IT services based on knowledge of relevant business processes.
Participates in the system development projects of the MOL Downstream IT area and contrib-utes to the implementation of system improvement request changes.
Participates in operational process standardization, lifecycle management and consolidation of supported applications.
Participates in the replacement and decommissioning of obsolete applications.
Proactively participates in the preparation and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and processes, and supports business continuity in the event of an emergency.
Participates in trainings and conferences organized by the Growww program and completes project tasks in a timely manner. Work with his/her Growww mentor.
Works closely with the Team Leader and the Unit Manager and delivers the assigned tasks within the agreed deadlines, quality and scope.
Works closely with Super Users to maintain and improve their system-specific knowledge.

Requirements:

BSC or MSC degree in IT, Engineering with maximum 1 year experience
General knowledge of IT hardware and software, ITIL Foundation knowledge
User-level knowledge of Windows server operating systems, Microsoft Windows operating system, relational database management systems (Oracle, MS-SQL), monitoring systems ,virtualization technologies (eg VMWare Operation level knowledge of at least one application server solution and thin and thick client-based systems,)
Logical thinking, problem solving, communication both in Hungarian and English, Client focus approach, Willingness to learn
Driving license
