SAP application operation expert (FI-CO)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality IT business application support services for SAP FI/CO modules: 2nd Level Support, Root Cause Analysis, Ticket Management, User Administration, User Training and Awareness
- Guarantee data information security, availability and integrity through strong operational competencies using the ITIL framework
- Ensure all systems meet business expectations, maintain the respective systems up to date by undertaking proactive systems maintenance, and participate in projects towards new systems implementation
- Participate in internal BAU projects (archiving, patch management/upgrade, etc.)
Desired Experience & Skillset
- A degree in Information Technology, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Ideally, 2–4 years of hands-on experience in an SAP operations or support role, with exposure to different SAP environments and support functions. Focus operations areas: SAP FI-GL/AP/AR/AA, General Controlling.
- Comfortable navigating various modules and understanding their integration points
- Solid understanding of the underlying finance business processes being supported
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian
- Collaboration with other teams
- Structural thinking and analysis approach
- Self-dependence, results orientation
- Time management and priorization skills
- Openness to execute 3rd level support occasionally (configuration, customization etc.)
