WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- University education
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Advanced level of english language (C1)
- Experience in transport management
- Experience in buying, selling and negotiating
- Understanding ways of working of domestic and international
- Communication

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:
- Staying up to date with worldwide transport markets trends to continuously seek and challenge transport costs, profits and standards for long and short strategies planning.
- Advising and challenging the business on lean, cost effective solutions by working in partnership with Product Team and Supply Chain to work optimal distribution models.
- Managing team of CE transport specialist on: on time and accurate data reporting, transport planning, performance management
- Keeping close business relations with suppliers by daily review of transport data and periodical reviews at suppliers sites to confirm great standard of cooperation.
- Visiting and Supervising haulers / suppliers service centers and depots to monitor and improve distribution processes, administration cover and
- Challenging performance of 3rd party haulers spread worldwide providing transport resources.
- Leading evaluation to ensure agreed steps are followed up by all sides of contractual cooperation.
- Promoting Primary services by actively taking part in European Food and Transportation Congresses / Conferences
- Attending major transport market events across Europe to seek new partners and solutions
- On site cooperating with Tesco Distribution Centers senior teams on Primary deliveries regarding performance on unloading, claims, damages and quality.
- Reviewing new technologies and alternative ways of deliveries to optimize transportation time and costs
- Manage team of CE Primary Account Managers
