System-oriented technical development of the technologies, process control and information systems used in Hungarian petrochemical site, ensuring the medium and long-term technological conditions for safe, reliable and efficient operation through project preparation and support for their implementation, with particular emphasis on ensuring the technical quality of the technological systems to be implemented and commissioned.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities will include:

Strategy development and regular revision of short- and long-term DS Production technology roadmap, in cooperation with MOL Group and partner organizations.
Coordination of study preparation, technical specification drafting, and expert documentation, ensuring full integration of new developments into existing technological systems while aligning with business performance, efficiency, operational safety, and corporate culture goals.
Management of data analysis, technical testing, measurements, and calculations, ensuring technical completeness, credibility, and accuracy; responsibility for data sharing.
Initiation and support of development projects and innovations, including the implementation of best practices and lessons learned into daily operations.
Contribution to portfolio development activities by supporting organizational partners and enhancing the quality of technological and process engineering work.
Monitoring of industry trends and technological advancements, and knowledge-sharing to support internal competence development.
Commitment to HSE and Process Safety Management (PSM) principles and continuous improvement in safety culture.
Active participation in corporate culture development, through positive role-modeling.
Leadership of the organization with a sense of ownership, ensuring sustainability, customer-centricity, and the development and succession planning of team members.
Responsibility for compliance and enforcement of legal and company regulations, with special emphasis on the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Conflict of Interest rules, HSE, and Data Protection standards.

Our expectations:

MS degree in chemical engineering,
Strong understanding of processing and control technologies, including IT-based systems,
Experience in project management and familiarity with testing methods, product and industry standards,
Solid knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM),
Preferably 5 years of petchem industry experience and 3 years of team leadership experience,
Good interpersonal and communication skills,
Analytical, problem-solving mindset,
Fluency in English languages,
Driving license type „B”, active driver,
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related software (AutoCad, Opralog, Nice, etc.)
