Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions and create measurable change? We're seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Data Scientist to join our team and shape the future of data analytics for our CE retail business.
Requirements:
- Machine Learning Expertise: In-depth understanding of machine learning techniques including Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XgBoost, and Neural Networks.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Hive, and at least one visualization tool (e.g., Tableau).
- Business Acumen: Ability to conceptualize and apply analytical insights to larger business contexts, with a focus on delivering value to business stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Deep analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights.
- Industry Expertise: 10-12+ years of experience in leading multiple analytics engagements, preferably in domains such as retail, CPG, telecom, or hospitality.
- Functional Knowledge: Experience working in one or more functional areas, including marketing, supply chain, customer experience, merchandising, operations, finance, or digital.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing managers, driving teams to success, and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Retail Expertise: Demonstrated experience in retail analytics and partnership management, specifically in driving business outcomes through data insights.

- Analytical Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the analytical roadmap for partnership Long-Term Plans (LTPs) and strategic initiatives, driving impactful results across business functions.
- Insight Capability Building: Build and enhance insights capability within CE to provide actionable data-driven recommendations and foster a data-centric decision-making culture.
- Measurable Impact: Deliver clear, measurable outcomes for the business through analytics and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth.
