Role purpose:

Key member of the team responsible for Medium Enterprise related topics, revenue, cost, margin controlling. Supporting decision making process, including the preparation and review of Business Cases, coordinating planning processes.

Keep contact with the Medium Enterprise team, act as a finance business partner between controlling and sales teams.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

Financial Planning

Liaison with Medium Enterprise Teams
Co-operation with Financial Business Planning and Reporting (understand actual figures, challenge plans)
Consolidate segment level plans, ensure accuracy and transparency
Co-ordination planning & forecasting process within the team

Analysis

Explanation of monthly detailed presentation to the B2B sales teams about the performance of the segment
Interpret results and identify trends proactively, highlighting issues, working in partnership with the segment to plan appropriate actions to mitigate impact against the risk

Business Cases

Prepare and Review Business Case calculations and accuracy to the plans and strategy

Management information

Support the Enterprise Controller in the monthly performance review (preparation of Monthly detailed analysis)
Ensure the timely delivery of insightful management information to the business unit to support effective decision making
Monitor variances against Budget/Forecasts and propose corrective actions with the support of the business unit
Ensure the monitoring of targets

We are looking for you, if you have…

Degree in economics or finance area
At least 4 years relevant experience gained in large, multi-national organisation
Excellent controlling and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
SAP knowledge
IFRS knowledge is an advantage
