Invoicing and Transaction management operation expert
Purpose of the position:
Coordinates, organizes and supervises the work of card invoicing and transaction handling services in one or more countries.
Performs invoicing and settlement activities and provides related customer service to external and internal corporate clients and mol subsidiaries.
Main responsibilities:
- Matches and uploads transactions to FCBC and ERP for booking; monitors balances and amounts.
- Issues mass and individual invoices for MOL subsidiaries by invoicing deadlines.
- Handles invoice-related customer calls and claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution; escalates complex issues as needed.
- Verifies invoice accuracy before initiating payments and bank transfers in line with approval workflows.
- Prints and posts invoices.
- Participates in daily invoicing tasks, including registration, error correction, validation, and account/card management.
- Manages manual transaction authorizations and related administration when required.
- Supports the setup of customer discount conditions in FCBC if needed.
- Participates in testing of developments to ensure proper implementation and usage.
- Performs additional card services (e.g., gift card top-ups, prepaid cards, contract terminations, balance withdrawals).
- Executes ad hoc tasks assigned by the leader and ensures follow-up.
- Prepares reports and supports action plan creation and execution within the team.
- Provides professional support to Card teams, Sales, Support, and Customer Care; supervises junior staff.
- Assists in drafting and updating MOL regulations.
- Accepts that customer calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, with access granted to both managers and employees.
What is required to fill the position:
- Secondary School.
- 2-3 years specializied experience in international environment.
- English knowledge and/or at least one hub language coverage.
- MS Office knowledge.
