MOL GBS is shared services organization which delivers finance and HR support for MOL Group companies. The organization is comprised of 650+ colleagues located in Hungary and Slovakia with the ambition to extend service scope to all European countries where MOL is present. The scope of services includes Statutory and Financial Reporting, Transactional Accounting, Customer Credit Management, AP, Treasury and Payment Operations, Payroll and HR support.

MOL GBS Hungary is looking for
an AP & Payments Project Manager
Who will be responsible for coordinating the Payments & Accounts Payable related tasks of a project related to a recently established business line. MOL Group has entered the circular economy business (concession related to waste management services) for which the Payments and AP (Invoice-to-Pay) relevant processes are being established and finetuned. The related system implementations also need to be supported from integration and process point of view.
Your main tasks are:
- Understanding the existing processes and the processes which cover the business need of the new area, identify gaps and define action plans
- Understanding the waste management business and other related business lines (DRS, EPR system)
- Active contribution in setting up and finetuning the AP, Payments and Bank Accounting process for the new business line
- Coordinating the involved teams’ inputs for establishing and improving the new processes
- Daily coordination in between the Invoice-to-Pay department and the Business
- Regular project status updates towards the management
- Participating in the ERP implementation and finetuning process and representing the business need of the involved Invoice-to-Pay areas
- Being the focal point within the Invoice-to-Pay department towards the project team
What Is Required To Fill The Position
- University degree (preferably finance, accounting)
- General understanding of AP and/or Payments (mainly cash management, bank accounting) processes
- Process improvement experience
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in ERP implementation (preferably SAP)
- Experience in the utility sector is a large plus
- English knowledge
