MOL Plc. Human Resources Management MOL / Capability Development MOL organization is growing, thus seeking a new team member for the following position:
Learning & Development Partner
Location
Budapest, in our 120 m tall headquarter, MOL Campus where we offer an inspiring, modern, collaborative working environment with numerous smart solutions.
Purpose of the position
To achieve the strategic goals of MOL Group, assists the effective functioning of human resource management in connection with training and development of managers and employees in Hungary. In this role you will partner with specific business client groups and/or have project and central program responsibilities covering Hungary or Group L&D matters.
Main Responsibilities
  • Project and process management of L&D programs and projects, such as talent management and leadership development programs, knowledge management, etc.
  • Perform training needs analysis to help identify the relevant development directions for the organizations and central development programs.
  • Support the managers in setting proper development solutions/methods for the identified organizational or individual development needs, and plan development budgets properly.
  • Support the relevant unit’s Technical Competency Development and Career Development projects from development perspective.
  • Advise in talent/key people/OD development matters. Assist major change management and culture programs from development point of view.
  • Implement training evaluation methods to measure effectiveness, track impact, and continuously improve programs in alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
  • College/university degree (advantage- economics/HR/psychology degree)
  • Min. 5 years L&D HR experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Customer focus, open and clear written and verbal communication, results orientation, collaboration, agility, assertiveness, stakeholder management, growth mindset
  • Facilitation/training delivery experience and consultancy experience preferred
  • Advanced English and native Hungarian language knowledge
  • Driving license ("B" category) is an advantage
