Project Manager
How we envisage your key tasks:
- Planning and shaping of new, organic- and inorganic growth projects.
- Ensures the completeness of business cases justifying each project, defines project charter and scope. Develops and implements resource and project management plans.
- Sets-up and coordinates cross-functional project teams with up-to-date project management practices.
- Actively manages project risks, ensures that risk management and risk acceptance criteria are in place and defined risk response plans are elaborated and followed.
- Ensures project documentation according to best practices, including that risks and lessons learned during the project are well documented to support the development of the Project Management culture within MOL Group (knowledge sharing).
- Contributes to idea generation initiatives as well as to technical and commercial analyses of business proposals.
- Contributes to the development of product line strategies.
- Leads the market analysis related to specific projects to understand market opportunity and market dynamics
- Collects and analyzes data on consumers, competitors and on application segments
What competences we expect from you:
- BSc/MSc degree in economics/business management/engineering
- 2-3 years Project management experience
- Fluent Englisg language skills
- B category driver’s license
- Knowledge of project management tools, stage gate practices and scheduling
- Competence to manage cross-functional teams for reaching project deliverables.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Customer oriented mindset
