We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people - customers and colleagues - globally. Secondary or higher education
2-3 years professional experience
Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge

Programme Management level planning and organizing* Be the first point of contact towards stakeholders and represent the Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre
Be the owner of the business area related continuous improvement plan
Analyse, understand and surface back to the business the drivers of contact and the things that erode the customer or colleague experience
Own the business area specific yearly forecast and work together with the resource planners to prepare the operation for the upcoming changes
Come up with improvement ideas and drive changes to deliver
