About the Role
We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Digital Program Manager to join Digital Factory. The role is reporting directly to the Group Digital Engineering Manager, technically led by the Program Manager and will manage squad(s) in the Digital Factory. This individual excels in both business and software development environments. The role is pivotal in implementing Agile practices, leading project management efforts, and driving the team towards efficient delivery of project goals.
Main Responsibilities
  • A true leader who is facilitating the "HOW?" as set by the development team in response to the "WHAT" from the Product Owner.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile practices to enhance their processes and ensure adherence to the agreed framework.
  • Assist in user story estimation and oversee sprint planning to ensure realistic planning and time management.
  • Manage project resources, identify capacity constraints, and develop strategies to address these challenges.
  • Track and report on progress and budget, supporting the team in meeting their commitments.
  • Monitor all blockers that affect progress, escalate business-related impediments to the Product Owner, and address all technology-related blockers.
  • Maintain the health of the backlog and story quality, raising issues and potential decisions to the Product Owner.
  • Communicate project expectations and status updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Utilize our project management tool JIRA (w/ BigPicture) to monitor project milestones and deliverables.
About Your Experience and Skills
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Relevant PM certification (Prince 2 preferred).
  • Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master/IT Project Manager in an IT or software development setting.
  • Skilled in risk management, business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions.
  • Experience in multivendor environment.
  • Experience in remote vendor management – working with foreign vendors.
  • Professional competencies
  • Proven ability to lead and coach teams in Agile practices with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of agile & DevOps approaches, processes, and tools with a proven track record in implementation and adoption.
  • Local, near- and offshore Team-management experience.
  • Contract management and negotiation experience.
  • Experience in tailoring communications and content for a wide range of stakeholders from senior management until hands-on engineers.
  • Participation in any transition/transformation programs in the IT sector is an advantage.
  • JIRA (+Big Picture), Confluence
  • Professional use of MS Office Suite (MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Strong stakeholder and cross function team management skills.

Main Recruitment Steps
  • Initial call: You will be contacted by MOL Recruitment via phone for a short chat.
  • Interview: You can expect two or a maximum of three interview rounds, where you can meet your direct manager, some experts from the team, ask your questions and present your skills and career path. We always make sure you receive timely feedback after each round.
