Group Finance Integration Senior Project Manager
Location: Budapest, MOL Campus
About the company:
Scope of the position:
The Senior Project Manager will lead integration and restructuring projects for acquired companies, ensuring smooth financial and operational integration and fostering team collaboration. Additionally, they will contribute to the Group's ERP strategy and harmonize management reporting across the organization.
Your tasks will be:
Lead and manage integration projects for acquired companies, ensuring seamless financial and operational transition.
Oversee M&A transactions from planning to closure, managing post-merger financial integration and restructuring.
Enhance collaboration between M&A, Financial Planning & Reporting, and GBS teams, ensuring alignment on financial processes.
Implement system-driven controls and tracking for M&A projects to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Contribute to the Group ERP strategy and harmonize management reporting across the organization.
We are looking for you if have:
A University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,
At least 5+ years working experience within financial project management roles,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in Hungarian,
Strong stakeholder skills, people management experience is an advantage,
Process-oriented mindset, strategic thinking,
Proactivity with a problem solving mindset,
Willingness to travel.
