Execution of the entire end-to-end AP process (ICO and 3rd party vendors), which includes invoice processing, reconciliations, month end closing and reporting activities.

If you join our AP team, you may have the following responsibilities

Intercompany, 3rd party vendor invoice processing in SAP (complex issues, key vendors’ account handling)
Work closely together with our operational companies
Escalate any issues/problems/deviations to AP Team Leader as necessary
Audit support specific to accounts payable
Management reporting specific to accounts payable
Identify areas of process improvements
Create and maintain AP standard operational procedures
Supervise the work of the new joiner staff
Take part in cross-departmental projects, attend related meetings

The criteria of a successful candidate:

3-5+ years working experience, preferably in the field of accounting/accounts payable
Intermediate Hungarian knowledge
Intermediate English
User-level computer skills
Customer- and service-oriented mindset
