As an Ad Server & Programmatic Specialist, you’ll:

play a key role in driving online advertising success,
leveraging programmatic media,
ad serving technologies, and analytics to optimize performance.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Programmatic & Display Campaign Management
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in display and/or programmatic campaign management
Ability to set up and manage campaigns in Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Campaign Manager 360
Understanding of digital display, programmatic buying, and their role in the media mix
Analytics & Optimization
Basic GA4 knowledge: Ability to analyze performance and suggest optimizations
Experience in creating custom reports is a plus, but not mandatory
Data & Reporting
Excel skills: VLOOKUP and pivot tables are essential; XLOOKUP and CONCATENATE are a plus
Looker Studio: Ability to compile basic reports pulling data from Google sources
Tracking & Collaboration
GTM skills are welcome but not required – you’ll work with our measurement team
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement in the performance marketing ecosystem
Ability to understand the bigger picture and contribute to the company’s overall marketing strategy
Language Skills
English proficiency is required – you should be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment
