  • Experience in managing data - capturing, collating, reporting, and presenting.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in education / HR environment

  • Facilitate training and workshops, manage learning projects, and deliver specific L&D activities to enhance colleague capability and development.
  • Analyse and coordinate the collation of program data and deliver insights via dashboards/reports to help the business make the right decisions. Maintain up-to-date central repositories of collaterals, knowledge management, SOPs, process docs, etc.
  • Ensure accurate content on front-end colleague-facing sites, have a thorough knowledge of LMS, and lead regular and ad-hoc learning administration activities, course testing, and management for colleague access.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, people, and business teams to lead projects that enhance the colleague experience. Understand the organizational strategy, mission, and goals for the future, and play a key role in contributing to people projects/initiatives.
  • Support the Learning Partner in all aspects of the administration related to the learning activity, and potential support in training design.
  • Manage all documentation related to external and internal training. Hold responsibility for training administration.
  • Update and maintain learning-related systems and platforms with necessary data.
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports from different systems.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external training events. Organize training venues and accommodation.
  • Support trainers in the preparation of training materials based on their needs.
  • Manage incoming invoices, registering and tracking them in the system.
  • Responsible for segregating, scanning, and indexing the inputs by creating the right work queue for the teams to ensure they are processed within the agreed Business SLAs. Provide continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
