More than 800 colleagues work together in our head office in Budaörs. We cooperate in 3 countries structure with the Czech and Slovakian teams on a daily basis to offer the best to our customers.

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF:

You have received your degree (min. Bachelor) no longer than 2 years ago
You are interested in working in retail company and you can look at things by our customers' eyes
You have a passion for finance and great ambitions
You feel comfortable to use English every day in both, spoken and written way. Your level is min. B2
You are open for travelling - some parts of the programme will require to travels within the country and our CE markets
You are ambitious and open for new challenges and development
You are ready to work independently and enjoy flexibility and freedom

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

The application deadline is 11.4.2025, the official start of the programme is September 2025. The program is for graduates that received min. Bachelor degree up to 2 years ago. The Financial Leadership Program gives recent accounting, finance, economics, or business-related graduates the chance to work on a variety of projects thorough a 2-3-year-long rotational program with international assignments.
During the program, We will support you in obtaining of CIMA Certification.

You will work in Finance Department - surprisingly work in Finance team is a lot about understanding numbers, data and being able to interpret this to the rest of the business in and understandable way. Finance is a vital part of the business, you need to understand and analyse past data and forecast the future and partner the leaders to do right decisions supported by right analysis and predictions.
You will get fast-track, challenging development program which gives you a chance to steer you career path with ongoing support from our best leaders.
You will experience a range of rotational placements all across the finance - including financial planning & analyses, controlling, business partnering. This will give you a breadth of knowledge about how we operate finance in Tesco. You will have a great opportunity to work in an international team and meet other programme participants from all Tesco locations, including UK. If interested, we can support you with the international placement within our organization.
We will support you through the professional certification as a part of the program, which will help you to become trusted finance professional.
