Group Employer Branding Intern
The Group Employer Branding Intern will enable the agile delivery of the Group Employer Branding projects, that contribute to the successful execution of the HR Employer Branding strategy through initiatives that showcase our culture, values, and employee experience to attract top talent to MOL Group.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
Assist in the development & management of branded merchandise for employee engagement & recruitment purposes. Collaborate with merchandising suppliers to create products that align with brand identity, assist with ordering and distribution of them.
Contributes to the implementation of Employer Branding and employee engagement actions via supporting the organization of Group HR activities by creating monthly Newsletters, developing Social Media blog posts, employee testimonials, ppts or visuals.
Supports raising Brand Awareness through annual events schedule and activities calendar planning and delivery to create real connections with internal and external communities.
Fulfil special tasks directly delegated by the Group Employer Branding Manager.
Requirements:
Full-time active/passive student status
College or University degree/ final year (HR/Economist/Psychologist/Marketing degree is an advantage)
Min. 1 year of work (e.g. internship) experience
Fluent English
Min. 20-30 working hours per week
Drive for developing in Employer Branding field
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge or interest in merchandising
Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Proactivity, and persistence
Computer skills on a user level, MS Teams, SharePoint, design program experience is an advantage (e.g. Canva)
