What your job will be

This is a complex role which requires representing OTP LAB on an operational level within in the bank and in beyond banking companies.
You will be required have a high-level understanding of what the Bank’s IT systems are, how they are interlinked and based on what kind of processes do data flow between them. You will be required to challenge the as-is structure in order to enable that beyond banking operations are well integrated with the bank.
You will be required to understand project related IT security and compliance dimensions
You will coordinate process improvement projects by creating step-plans and following through them with aim of sharing data, creating new products and services between the Bank and its beyond banking companies from a technological point of view.
Your chief task will be to support and follow-up the IT development streams of developing new products, services and processes that either enhance operational efficiency or enable cross sales options between OTP Bank and its beyond banking companies
You will act as „bridge” between OTP Bank’s departments’ and beyond banking companies, liaising between people active communication with different stakeholders will be part of your daily work.
This role is likely to push you out of your comfort zone, but at the same time it will give you the chance to take a major part reshaping traditional banking customer touchpoints and building up a unique beyond-banking ecosystem.
You will be part of our Ecosystem Building squad, being in daily connection with our Product Owner responsible for overall ecosystem building project delivery. You will have access to interns to aid your work.

You are the ideal candidate, if you

are able to coordinate projects, lead streams and support overall project management
exhibit a high degree of ownership in your tasks
are proactive and action-oriented, and are ready to challenge the as-is operation
like being involved in both long cycle strategic projects and at the same time are able to follow up daily tasks
have experience in technological project management (e.g., structuring problems, creating flowcharts, analyzing design options etc.)
have 5 years relevant work experience, focusing on end-to-end IT processes in a large enterprise
are able to swiftly understand technological concepts, applications and challenges even keeping an eye on security, compliance and audit requirements
have a clear understanding of IT service management processes
have strong communication skills and do not shy away from conflicts
are fluent in Hungarian and English
