You will be great in this role if you have:

Good logical skills
Experience of using MS Office tools (Outlook, Word & Power point), and advanced skills in Excel
Upper-Intermediate English
1-2 years experience in similar role
Czech or Slovak language knowledge is an advantage
Your tasks will be:
- Collaboration in process of supplier induction, working closely together with relevant teams within agreed timeframe (SLA) and defined quality standards.
- Process e-mails coming to shared mailbox and use relevant data storage or business operations systems (e.g. CDA, Oracle)
- Collaborate closely with the Buyers and Suppliers to ensure all requests are processed on time
- Ensure that all transactions related to Buying Associate activities are delivered
- Respond to queries from Suppliers and Product team
- Regular follow-up activities on ongoing queries and open cases
- Administration of team-mailboxes and reporting system
- Ensure that data validation is accurately maintained
- Deliver work base on standard operating procedures defined for each of these processes
- Deliver agreed timelines, demonstrate speed and accuracy
- Be accountable for all the activities and processes throughout the Area that are required and detailed in process description documents
