We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, payroll and internal helpdesk. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people globally. Graduate/ high school education
Advanced Czech or Slovakian language knowledge
Intermediate English knowledge
Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
Basic Computer Skills
Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Slovakia and Czech Republic
Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
Taking ownership of the issue
Escalating contacts efficiently
