You are not just only part of Group Exploration and Production HQ team, but also shape it. The focus is to provide a professional support to Exploration&Production TOP Management, and E&P Organizations by driving educational programs, launching engagement campaigns, and coordinating OD&CG relevant activities in a full international business environment.

What will be the tasks?

Coordinate and drive educational and training programs within the upstream division
Launch and operate campaigns for enhancing the engagement, and strengthening the team spirit
Coordinate Group E&P’s business communication (together with Communication Business Partner)
Support the preparation and approval of Group E&P level regulations and Group E&P and OpCo level organizational changes
Arranging business workshops, and townhall meetings
Participate in the execution of Group E&P level ad-hoc tasks, projects, support the preparation of decision making materials, analysis, proposals and presentations for E&P Management

Who are we looking for?

You have a min. B.Sc. in Economics, Finance, Organization & Management, or Petroleum engineering
Energy sector experience
You are owning excellent communication skills in English both oral and written, and using MS Office tools confidently, especially MS PowerPoint
Excellent communication & analytical skills
You should be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal stakeholders
In order to be successful in this position you need to be in possession of self-confident appearance, exceptional initiative, assertiveness and talent for collaboration across departments and countries
Fluent in English
