HR Advisor - Italian speaking
(maternity cover)
Your role in a nutshell:
Provide HR Advisor support on all HR policies and processes: a remote advisory support service via email and Web Chat to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise, Business Partners and 3rd party providers.
What you’ll do:
- Provide advice/ transactional service via email/Web chat to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes.
- Register queries in the appropriate systems.
- Maintain relationships with other areas of HR to ensure effective end to end processes
- Provide HR administration support including the maintenance of the HR database
- Handle employee contracts and other documents in a daily basis
- Be responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes (Onboarding, Offboarding)
- Work with the appropriate systems and processes (SuccessFactors, Open Text, DocuSign).
What you will bring to the team:
- Basic knowledge on HR systems
- Confident knowledge of MS Office
- High level of Italian language (C1), both oral and written
- Intermediate English, both oral and written
- Confident communication skills
- Cross-cultural sensitivity (desired)
- Great attention to details and proactive attitude towards work
- Business awareness
