Job Description: A leading banking institution is seeking a Junior ESG Consultant to assist in the development and implementation of OTP Group’s sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and coordinating execution of significant, business focused delivery projects across OTP Group
Supporting preparation and analysis of reports for various stakeholder
Supporting the set-up of complex ESG data management and reporting processes
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Staying up to date with developments in sustainable finance, including changes to regulations and emerging best practices, adapting project requirements and delivery accordingly.

Requirements:

Master's degree in economics, environmental science, or social sciences
1-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably at advisory firms or in the financial industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High proficiency in English
Self-starting mindset with ability to learn fast
Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds and with different ways of thinking
Confident use of MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in ESG (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
Project management experience
