Retail Lending Senior Expert
What you can expect:
- Budapest-based working place with frequent business trips across CEE
- English as a working language
- Contribute to our dynamic Loan Origination project (together with the subsidiaries)
- Build up a golden copy of business process (unsecured and secured retail lending as well)
- Collect group-wide information about country-level practices and analyze needs from process perspective
- Deliver Business Requirement Documents and Business Specifications
- Define test cases, execute UAT testing
- Present Golden Copy solution to subsidiaries, coordinate alignment efforts between existing local solution and new system
- Support subsidiary level implementation efforts from the business side and validate implementation specifications
- Provide analysis about the new processes/business results from cost efficiency/NVP pool creation point of view
What you bring to the table:
- Strong business analyst skills, structured thinking
- Must be a self-directed with a strong focus on achieving results
- Strong spoken and written English
- Proactive attitude, ability to coordinate projects and multiple stakeholders
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong cooperation skills and ability to work in teams
- Strong and efficient learning ability
- Flexibility to travel
- Keen on working in an international environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Finance or Economics
Give advantage:
- Business Analyst certificate or experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience at a consulting company, or at a commercial bank in the field of Retail Lending
- Knowledge of workshop facilitation methods
- Croatian/Serbian/Slovenian language knowledge
