Main responsibilities:

Client and stakeholder management
Enable effective utilization, standardization and improvement of IT Services for domain
Contribute in establishing joint Business IT Roadmap and create IT strategies for the domain:
Elaborate Business cases and review technical writing of project proposals, in cooperation with Business and I
Identify new Business requirements, facilitate demand planning, Coordinate Business initiatives, support Business Prioritization and provide project quality assurance
Actively contribute to the planning and implementation processes and monitor resource planning, forecasting, individual project proposals, procurement plans, and project execution – facilitate delivery for accepted demands.
Manage annual planning activities (annual CAPEX/OPEX plan) for the relevant domain portfolio.
Support IT Product Team (incl. Product and Project based activities) in identifying the IT contractors relevant for the Business domain on MOL Group level.
Enable efficiency improvement, economical operation and risk management with Procurement, IT Delivery & Operational Teams.
Participate in Group level procurement procedures and contribute to supplier selections.

Requirements:

University or college degree in computer science or economics
Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince) is an advantage
3-5+ years relevant professional experience similar position, like Business partnering, Business analysis and process management preferably in multinational environment
Experience in Consumer, Retail, Mobility, Card areas are advantages
Experiences in international, multinational environment and/or in the relevant Business domain (like Consumer, Retail, Mobility, Card areas) are advantages
Interpersonal skills and communicational skills, conflict handling, stakeholder management with strong ownership
Accurate, detail-oriented personality with good analytical and numerical skills with strategic thinking, problem-solving skills with stress management
Driving license
