Here is your chance to become part of MOL’s growth story as a
R&D Project Manager
who drives the execution and delivery of strategic R&D projects and/or early phase technology development projects connected to relevant areas of R&D, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of MOL’s strategy in Downstream R&D, in particular the service level improvement in the area of project delivery.
The main responsibilities:
- Leading R&D projects from initiation to completion, aligning with organizational strategy, ensuring budget adherence and timely delivery
- Forming and guiding project teams, fostering an environment for optimal performance, while overseeing daily execution and communication
- Serving as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency for project success and client satisfaction
- Managing project risks effectively, establishing risk criteria and response plans to mitigate potential issues
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including risk management and lessons learned, to enhance Project Management practices within MOL Group
- Contributing to idea generation and evaluating new R&D project proposals
- Supporting the advancement and adoption of Project Management standards within Downstream R&D
- Ensuring work is carried out safely and in compliance with HSE regulations
The perfect candidate:
- Holds MSc in chemical engineering, chemistry / MA in economics / MBA or equivalent
- PM certification is an advantage
- Expertise in project management or project work
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced English knowledge is required, Hungarian/Slovakian/Croatian language knowledge is an advantage
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project or equivalent
- Category B driver’s license
- International experience is an advantage
