PROJECT MANAGER
Tasks and responsibilities
Strategy development:
- Support the development and implement of strategies aligned with departments
- Oversee the implementation of strategic targets within all departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments (locally and globally as well) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Project and Portfolio management:
- Drive end-to-end project management ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Analyse and learn from project challenges to continuously improve processes.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure visibility into general project performance for managing priorities and better decision-making.Business Development and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
- Manage the idea portfolio within the organization
- As an innovation manager being linked and work closely to local department and international stakeholders as well
- Conduct innovation workshops and facilitates organizational learning and continuous improvement of processes to foster a culture of innovation within the organization.
Expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing (innovation) projects from ideation to implementation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative mindset
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English is a must, German is an advantage
