About the Innovation Team (OTP LAB)
OTP Bank has established its Innovation Department, OTP LAB to foster new ideas and support the bank to exploit its innovation potential. Within OTP LAB we have started a Beyond Banking operation whose aim is to scale ventures in a profitable way and ultimately integrate these organisations into the entire banking ecosystem. As our next milestone we aim to design a group-wide loyalty structure for our core and non-core (beyond-banking) operations. What your job will be
- you will be an active participant in one of the most exciting and important projects of OTP bank focusing on loyalty renewal.
- main part of your work will focus firstly on developing and tracking Loyalty & Reward program scope and deliverables in line with strategic objectives and business goals. Secondly maintain and develop project materials (e.g. progress reports, way of work, timeplan, risks) with strong PMO support.
- you are going to work with various business areas, sales, marketing, tech, legal and other functional departments, or group members, as well as with external consultants where you will be required to take part in discussions and track project development.
- you will report to a Senior Innovation Consultant within the Beyond Banking Team. You will have access to interns to support your work.
- you are going to prepare and facilitate operational meetings and workshops with key experts and set actions based on the outcomes.
You are the ideal candidate, if you
- are a young professional with 3-4 years of full-time work experience in business fields
- understand of loyalty metrics and analytics drivers to create sales and customer experience pathways
- have experience with digital capability development, analytics or digital marketing
- worked in complex projects/programs with delivery responsibility
- are a self-starter problem solver with structured thinking and “doer” mindset
- are humble and you share our passion for building and executing new initiatives
- have good analytical skills
- are fluent in Hungarian and English
- exhibit a high degree of ownership in your tasks conducted
- have a relentless inner drive and a high work ethic
- have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- are team player and fun to work with 😊
