Senior Asset Accountant - Italian speaking

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
Italian speaking Senior Asset Accountant
Your role in a nutshell:
Senior Asset Accountant will be responsible for Vodafone Italy Asset Accounting process. Key activities are Asset Creation/Changes, Capitalizations, Cost Transfers, Fixed Asset Register Review and Reporting, Performing the SOX Controls & KPI reporting and attending the local market calls.
What you’ll do:
  • Accurate & Timely Processing: Ensure precise and prompt processing and reporting of financial data related to Fixed Asset Register ownership.
  • Query Handling: Address queries from the local market (LM) and external auditors regarding FAR ownership and related financial matters.
  • IFRS Compliance: Demonstrate understanding of Capex accruals, Asset Retirement Obligations, and IFRS accounting principles for Intangible and Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E).
  • SOX Controls: Perform SOX Controls of the APA (Asset Purchase Agreement) process to uphold compliance standards.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze Capex transactions and propose process enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy for our clients.
  • KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive financial excellence.
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Italian Language proficiency is a must
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Asset Management process of MNC preferably in Telecom or Technology company
  • Experience working in SAP S4 Hana
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Accuracy
