Implement MOL Group’s future investments and projects through external contracts, within the scope assigned to the position.
Coordinate the project strategic buyers and fulfill Procurement's liaison duties as a member of the project's project management teams.
Coordinate the procurement needs of the projects with the strategies and procurement processes of the category, and resolves any conflicts that arise.
Represent Procurement in project/CAPEX related operational organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the achievement of defined objectives and KPIs, including delivery of savings targets
Lead, evaluate and develop assigned staff
Contribute to review of supplier master data (MRP, accounting and sales data), checking and approving duplicates, regular data cleaning
Ensure onboarding and pre-qualification of suppliers
Participates in supplier performance and risk assessment tasks
Represents the appropriate incident escalation level
Responsible for procurement performance of projects
Prepare and participate in Stage Gate reviews
Manage the preparation of project tenders, negotiations and the conclusion of contracts within the purview of project procurement
Prepares and participates in the work of evaluation committees along the set value limits
Participates in continuous development initiatives
Participates in needs planning
Actively develop and manage closer cooperation within Procurement and with representatives of other organizations within its own area of expertise

HIT THE APPLY BUTTON, IF YOU:

Have University (MA/MSc) / College (BA/BSc) degree in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law
Gained 3+ year procurement and project management experience in multinational environment
Have experience in investment-based procurement
Speak Hungarian and English fluently
Are a strong negotiator and have good communication and leadership skills
Have proactive attitude, resilient behavior, sense of responsibility, ownership
Have user level knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, eProcurement (or similar), ERP system
