Business Development Regulatory Expert
These would be your main responsibilities:
- Regulatory Navigator: Monitor and adapt to changing EU and national regulations in sustainable sectors for division alignment.
- Funding Maven: Seek funding to fuel sustainable initiatives.
- Stakeholder Maestro: Coordinate knowledge sharing and negotiations with regulatory stakeholders.
- Legislative Strategist: Craft strategies for New and Sustainable Businesses in response to legislative changes.
- Innovative Architect: Shape sustainable projects through market research, competitor benchmarking, and due diligence.
- Business Case Conductor: Direct business case structuring and representation, understanding interdependencies.
- Industry Vigilant: Stay vigilant on industry developments, competitors, and expansion opportunities.
- Transparent Communicator: Craft reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparent information flow.
- Documentation Virtuoso: Ensure project documentation follows best practices for successful execution.
- Compliance Guardian: Navigate regulations, uphold company rules, including the Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest, HSE, and Data Protection.
The perfect candidate:
- Has a BSc/MSc degree in economics/engineering/legal
- Speaks fluent English
- Has good knowledge of sustainability related legislative environment
- Has 3+ years professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably strategy/business development/consulting
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Category B driver’s license
Nice to have:
- Slovakian, Croatian language knowledge
- Experience with EU level and/or governmental institutions
