Scope of the position:

You will be the main point of contact within the Group for the local colleagues and should facilitate the discussion for both countries. You will be responsible for the implementation of all layers of the regulation.

About the company:

Main tasks:

Coordinate local responsible colleagues for methane regulation
Facilitate and lead the communication among local and group managers
Ensure local teams are making the right and necessary steps to comply fully with all sub-acts of
the ‘EU methane regulation’ (monitoring and reporting, zero routine flaring and venting, inactive well management)
Collect all relevant information regarding the methane regulation from other organization within
MOL Group (e.g.: HSE, Finance, EU relations)
Ensure knowledge sharing between MOL and INA local teams

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Economics, Engineering
2-5 years of experience in project management (HSE coordination is a nice to have)
Fluent English and fluent Hungarian or Croatian
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter, proactive attitude
Common sense and good problem-solving skills
Ability to manage tasks autonomously and in parallel with each other
Experience in at a multinational company and / or energy sector is a distinct advantage
Confident use of MS Office tools
Fresh graduates’ applications are also welcome
