What kind of tasks we would count on you?

Support the Chief Advisor and his professional team, including the CDO office
Coordination of activities within the Bank
Tracking tasks and continous reporting
Survey, regulate and optimize IT and central processes
Cooperation with business, sales, operational, IT, legal and financial departments
Summarize professional presentations and studies and determine possible connection points
Perform trend analysis
Channel innovation proposals into banking processes
Create decision-making presentations for top management

What type of knowledge and experience do you need for that?

Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience in a similar/consultant role at a multinational (preferrably fintech/bank/finance) company
Knowledge of banking products and processes, with focus on new products and technologies
Familiarity with software and technical tools
Understanding of project management principles
Analytical skill: ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
Deep understanding of Excel formulas, functions and features
Excellent Power Point skills (Figma/Adope PS is an advantage)
Good written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English, as well
Proactive personality in taking on tasks and responsibilities
Clear understanding of the importance of work being completed and how it contributes to the overall strategy
Innovative mindset
Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments
